Since submitting final grades at Louisiana State University in 2015, I have dedicated myself to helping others share their life chapters.

Because this writing teacher believes that those who teach, do, she has been writing some chapters of her own, as well--and writing for publication.

As a member of the gig economy, I also substitute teach at Amy Biehl High School in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where I've lived since July 2019. I'm getting really good at showing up and taking charge.

I am a late bloomer and a life-long learner.  As such, I often feel myself on the cusp of a new adventure.  In fact, I feel one coming on soon.

“A fruitless year takes a fearless heart

One that blooms late will flourish in the dark”

― Criss Jami, Salomé: In Every Inch In Every Mile.
